This unique sterling silver pendant is decorated with accents of 24 carat gold, applied using the ancient technique called keum-boo.
Keum-boo is a technique where layers of pure 24 carat gold are permanently bonded to silver using heat and pressure.
The gold catches the light against the organic, textured silver, and because the texture and gold placement are different every time, no two pendants are the same, making each piece completely unique.
Each pendant is handmade by me from start to finish using recycled silver, making this necklace an environmentally friendly option.
